What is Sobriety Merch?
Sobriety Merch is a recovery-focused apparel and resources brand founded by Dennis, a graphic designer in long-term recovery. We create inspiring clothing, gifts, and practical resources for people navigating sobriety, mental health, and personal growth — especially those seeking non-traditional paths.
Why did you start Sobriety Merch?
After his own experiences with alcoholism, addiction, toxic relationships, and mental health challenges, Dennis wanted to create something positive and meaningful. Sobriety Merch exists to celebrate every step of the journey and offer support that feels authentic and accessible.
Products & Ordering
Are your products made to order?
Yes. All of our apparel and merchandise is custom-made just for you after you place your order. This allows us to create high-quality, unique designs while reducing waste.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed, accurate sizing charts on every product page. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing those measurements to the chart before ordering, as all items are custom printed and we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 5–10 business days to be printed and shipped. Exact delivery times will depend on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because our items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order goes into production.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to our made-to-order process. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We will happily replace or refund items only if they arrive damaged, have a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item due to our error. What is you refund policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

Do you offer recovery resources?
Yes! In addition to our merch, we maintain the blog Reflections of Recovery, where we share honest stories, practical tools, and insights focused on non-traditional recovery paths and mental wellness. We also offer guides and tools for you to use on your journey.
Is this a substitute for professional help?
No. Our resources and products are meant to inspire and support, not replace professional medical advice, therapy, or treatment programs. We always encourage you to reach out to qualified professionals when needed.

Can I use my own design or request a custom order?
At this time we are not offering fully custom designs, but we welcome your ideas and suggestions! Feel free to send us a message.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
