Because all our apparel and merchandise is made to order by our third-party printing partners, each item is custom-created specifically for you the moment you place your order. This helps us avoid waste and keep our designs truly unique, but it also means we have a strict made-to-order policy.
Our Policy
All sales are final and we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues after the item has been printed.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review our sizing charts (included on every product page) before placing your order. These charts are accurate and detailed to help you choose the best fit.
What We Do Accept
We will gladly accept returns or offer replacements only in the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The item has a printing defect or quality issue
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies under one of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@sobrietymerch.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll review your request promptly and work with you to resolve the issue — whether that’s a reprint, replacement, or refund.
Please note that our printing partners only take responsibility for the issues listed above. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for other reasons.
